Ginton winery

Ginton was founded in 1999 by Doron and Banjo and became a Cinderella story in Israeli wine culture. Many of the wine lovers

Who became addicted to the wonderful taste of wine made by Ginton winery.

The beginning of the road was in 1999 in a small room adjacent to Doron’s home, in Moshav Ginton, where the winery was dedicated.
The first hundreds of bottles were sipped at social events and family gatherings. The excellent reviews encouraged
the two to continue developing and professionalizing. In 2003 the winery moved to a separate building, and since then the
Ginton winery has maintained its uniqueness as a real boutique winery, which produces about 5,000 bottles a year.
Banjo and Doron winemakers preserve the family’s unique quality and produce limited quantities
of wine from the main grape varieties: Cabernet, Merlot, Shiraz and Petit Syrah, as well as blends that they developed themselves.

Ginton winery is one of the first in Israel to link the names of the wines made by it to the names of the vineyards, including the
grapes of the grapes. Quality grapes selected by hand, and meticulously dated for at least 24 months. In this way wine
develops and improves in its unique and natural way without disturbance.

The finest grapes are harvested in quality vineyards from various places in the country: Kerem Ben Zimra and Kfar Yuval in the
Upper Galilee , Karmei Yosef in the Judean Lowland, Har Bracha in Samaria.

Ginton winery is committed to the highest standards and in a bold young spirit we will continue to produce our quality wines.
